2. Service Description and Eligibility

Zetixo provides professional body piercing services performed by trained and experienced piercers. Our services include but are not limited to ear piercing, facial piercing, body piercing, and the sale of high-quality jewelry and aftercare products.

2.1 Age Requirements

• Clients aged 18 and over: Valid government-issued photo identification is required
• Clients aged 16-17: Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with valid identification
• Clients under 16: Certain piercings may be restricted or prohibited. Parental consent and presence are mandatory

2.2 Health Requirements

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or circumstances that may affect the piercing procedure. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with contraindications or health concerns that may compromise safety.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee
• Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect appointments already booked. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by cash, credit card, or debit card. We do not offer refunds for completed piercing services except in cases of proven negligence or breach of contract by the Studio.

5. Client Responsibilities and Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by our professional piercers. Proper aftercare is essential for healing and preventing complications. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in infection, rejection, or other complications for which the Studio cannot be held liable.

5.1 Aftercare Guidelines

• Clean the piercing as instructed using recommended products
• Avoid touching the piercing with unwashed hands
• Avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, and bodies of water during initial healing
• Do not remove jewelry during the healing period unless instructed by a professional
• Contact the Studio immediately if signs of infection or complications appear

6. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism, piercing carries inherent risks including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, scarring, and rejection. By accepting our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Zetixo, its employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any complications arising from the piercing procedure or aftercare, except in cases of proven negligence.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All content on the Zetixo website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Zetixo and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.
