Our Story
Zetixo opened its doors in 2018 on Elm Close in London, founded by three body modification artists with 15 years of combined experience. We recognized a need for a studio that prioritized medical-grade sterilization alongside creative expression.
Starting with a single piercing room, we've expanded to a three-room facility equipped with an autoclave sterilization system and a dedicated consultation space. Our founding principle remains unchanged: every client deserves accurate information, sterile equipment, and skilled execution.
Today, we perform approximately 200 piercings monthly, from standard lobe piercings to complex cartilage work. Each procedure follows protocols developed through continuous training and adherence to Association of Professional Piercers guidelines.
Our mission is to provide body piercing services that meet medical safety standards while respecting individual style choices. We believe informed clients make better decisions about their body modifications.
Experience and Standards
Our team consists of four certified piercers, each holding current first aid certification and bloodborne pathogen training. We complete 40 hours of continuing education annually through workshops and industry conferences.
The studio maintains a Class B autoclave for instrument sterilization, with spore testing conducted weekly by an external laboratory. We use single-use needles exclusively, disposing of them in approved sharps containers immediately after each procedure.

We discuss anatomy limitations, healing timeframes, and potential complications before any procedure. If your anatomy isn't suitable for a requested piercing, we explain why and suggest alternatives. No procedure is performed without informed consent.
Skill Development
Our piercers attend annual conferences and participate in peer review sessions monthly. We stay current with jewelry innovations, healing research, and technique refinements. This ongoing education directly benefits our clients through improved outcomes.
Respectful Service
We serve clients aged 16 and older, requiring parental consent for those under 18. Our consultation process includes privacy, clear pricing, and time for questions. We accommodate nervous clients with breaks and support persons in the room when requested.
Our Vision
We aim to be recognized across London as a studio where safety standards and artistic skill coexist. Over the next three years, we plan to add a fourth piercer specializing in complex ear projects and expand our jewelry inventory to include more custom-fitted pieces.
