Good service overall. The piercing itself was done well and healed without issues. My only minor complaint is that I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time, but the staff apologised and the actual procedure was worth the wait. Would recommend booking early in the day to avoid delays.

I travelled from Edinburgh specifically for this studio based on recommendations. The work was excellent and I'm happy with my new septum piercing. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the aftercare spray they recommended was quite expensive, and I later found the same product cheaper online. Apart from that, no complaints about the actual service.

Decent studio with proper equipment and hygiene protocols. The piercing was done correctly and has healed well. My main issue was communication - I emailed twice before my appointment with questions and didn't receive responses. When I arrived, everything was fine, but better email communication would have eased my pre-appointment anxiety. The work itself was good, just improve the customer service side.

Really pleased with my rook piercing. The studio was immaculate and the piercer was gentle and precise. I'm taking off one star because the initial jewellery was quite basic and I had to return to upgrade to something I actually liked, which cost extra. Would have been nice to have better options included in the original price. But the technical work was excellent and it's healing beautifully.
